Learning Lab Wichita

In a transformation of Wichita’s historic train station, we partnered with Stand Together to create America’s first micro-school incubator—a groundbreaking space where education entrepreneurs can launch and grow innovative learning models.

When the local team struggled to design a space reflective of this revolutionary idea, they turned to us for our special expertise in designing innovative learning environments. By engaging local school leaders and the founding team, we uncovered the true potential of this unprecedented project.

Without Kurani, we would have been in an environment that reflected something more traditional or what you typically think of with a school environment, which is just the opposite of what we wanted to do. And now we’re in a space where kids see the future.

We realized if we could have Kurani support our local architect, we would all benefit. The end result has been exactly what we were hoping for.
