The Reset Foundation is fighting to reform the US prison system. Their residential program in California provides a prison alternative for sentenced young adults.
How the design works
We’ve created a place that rehabilitates and empowers men to change their lives. During their time here, they engage in therapy, take classes, and get job training.
The campus is a stark contrast to prison. Young men feel like students not inmates. They get to decorate the space. Tend to a garden. Play games. Have alone time. Sit as a family for meals.
