Kurani at Rice Arch Mentoring Program

The Rice Architecture Mentoring Program links Rice School of Architecture alumni with the current student body, building professional relationships and providing students with a closer look at possibilities after graduation. This week, Danish was invited on campus to guest lecture about the work of DKS. He ended the talk with a challenge for students:

“Everyone in this room understands the power of design. As architects you have agency. You can contribute to solving global and social challenges. Find a challenge you’re passionate about and use your architecture towards a solution. Designers can have an impact and deserve to be at the conversation table with the leaders working to solve these problems. Make sure you’re at that table.”
